It’s great to see another video! Now I know you are alright!
That cook set is very nice. I am impressed with the lid tab changes. It’s great when a manufacturer listens to their customers!!!!

I agree. That cook set is awesome. I have nearly every coolest Stanley made because I use them varying ways. The base camp set is for when I camp with friends. The single pot and two bowl set I typically use for if I’m with only one friend and I have my cast iron skillet with me snd I want a sauce pan. The adventure mug just lives in my trunk cuz I use it for any purpose. Camping with the base camp set snd need to heat up some small thing. On a road trip snd stop at a picnic table at park or rest stop and want to make some hot tea or coffee. I stayed in a cabin that had a coffee shop next door but I just wanted my oatmeal before I got going for the day. I’ve even fried up some bacon in it then poached a couple eggs afterwards for a nice meal after I had boiled water for coffee first. But when this new set came out I snatched it up. It’s a reasonable price and I suspect it’s gonna live in my trunk too. Love that I can fit the large canister in it with my brs stove.

Just gotta point out a thing:
I can see that dog trusts and loves you.
It says something about you. Respect.
My wife had three dogs when we first met, one of which was very skittish and shy.
All three came up to me and licked me.
This impressed my new girlfriend enough for her to say yes when I finally got around to popping that question..
    My

You sir have made my day! I agree with you about dogs recognizing the good in folks. I am a huge animal lover. I treat them as individuals because they are. Thank you for your kind words and I am glad she said yes! Take care.

Well, for the size of the bowl/cups, nothin wrong with filling it up a second time. I've a few of the sets with the green cups and the the one with the big cup and the work good. Thanks for sharing.

I just upgraded my 24 year old MSR Alpine cookset. I don't know why. Was still great. But, I'm a gear addict. Last year I bought a Stanley camp percolator. The hinge on the lid broke after one use. Not a big deal, but still...So, I went with the Fire Maple 3 piece cookset. It's awesome. No regrets.

I'm sorry you had that issue with the percolator. You can contact STANLEY PMI and I'm sure they will make it right. Thanks for commenting!

They used "tent measurements" when deciding the size. 2 = 1
I like the Adventure Prep & Cook set (used to be called Mountain Series). It has a bigger base than the one pot (small one) and not as tall, but still retains the capacity. It holds a full sized fuel can and the wider base makes it a bit more stable.
Hope all is well your way Donnie. Hopefully we can get up an overnighter this spring.

I'd rather buy this than the cup boiler with the green cups. It's a good bean pot. Worth $$.
Cup boiler for BRS stove...best ultralight is a 14oz coffee can. No coating, thin, strong...in it you can fit your 100g butane can, BRS stove, coffee pouch, lighter, scrubber and a coffee cup....seal it shut with the plastic lid. No fuss, no cost, fastest boil in the west.

I want to love this kit but I find the lid slips off fairly easy. The spoons are useless.

I like your video. Seem like a nice fellow. I would like to say the video is so quiet at times. I have an external speaker and had to put it real close to my head to hear some of the things you were saying. Anyway, I'm not trying to be a butt, just trying to help you. Take care now
