Add few more drops of oil on bobbin rack. Try a little bit harder to force it turn to push the thread knot came out. If you cstill can't figure out how to, better bring it to your dealer or technician for a service.
Awesome video! After a 6 month down time my hook assembly on my PR650e will not rotate after I oiled it and rotating wheel by hand. Would that be a gear or a belt?
There are many other reasons will caused that happend. The detail problem must check the machine to find out. (Main motor belt too toight, main PC board burn out or main motor burn out.) Better find a technician to help you if you are not able to solve the problem.
I have a brother pr600 that has been through the ringer I do I start narrowing down all the things that is wrong with the machine and do you think it is worth to rebuild it
If you have enough PR machine service skills. You can try it. There are a few technicians spent more than 2 brand new machine's cost. They bought several used PR600 machines and brand new parts for just rebuild one to make videos and photos to earn likes and trust in the social media embroidery machine members groups. I even helped one of them fixed his unable to fix machine. He has more than 50 K members in his group.
Hello I have the babylock endurance 2. I had a thread jam in the area that the bobbin sits in. When gave me a motor error code. I got the thread out the best that I could buy in the process I turned the hand wheel all the way around trying to get the thread because it was stuck. I finally got the code to go away but my needles keep breaking. I also noticed that the little notch that the bobbin case snaps into isn’t sitting directly to the right like it was before I started turning the hand wheel in both directions trying to get the thread that was tangled inside the area that the bobbin sits in. Please help 😢
i have a holiauma 15 needle single head embroidery machine and i got an error code 20 and when i turn the knob use for moving the machine head it wont move. i havent smell anthing burned , i clean all thread and oiled it but the machine still would not move. can you help me
I keep getting a Main motor encoder signal error. I have Done everything I know to do to fix it!! It was working fine on Friday and today not even three stiches in it throws that sign. I’m stumped on what to do and so stressed because I have so many orders to do
Try: 1. Clean the clear disc on the main shift around encoder sensor area. 2. Timing wrong needs to be adjusted. If above can’t fix it by yourself. Find a technician to fix it for you.
My wheel on the back will not turn.. any advise? I had a bad thread jam.. I cleared it but still getting the Main motor lock error and can't turn the wheel on the back
I have the brother psr 100 and I keep getting the check top and bottom bobbin error message. When I embroider the needle will hit 3 maybe 4x then stop. The thread will never stay down. Then I get the message saying check the top and bottom bobbin. When I look at the bottom of the shirt its nested but I see no bobbin thread. I checked bobbin, replaced it, rethreaded the machine, replaced needles.
1. bird nest: threading problem, re-threading from the beginning 2. Check the top and bobbin thread: go check the top thread make sure it isn't too tight, go check the bobbin thread, make sure to keep the tile long enough (more than 1.5"). Take out the bobbin case and really go to check what may cause the problem.

Hellow Saunders. May I know how did you solve this problem.
I can not turn the handwheel without forcing it, it feels locked. Should I take it into the dealer?
If you are not able to find out what caused the main motor lock. Better take it to your dealer.

@@vickeydavenport1288 add few drops of oil on the bobbin rotate hook. Wait for 5 to 10 minutes and then turn the hand wheel harder can force it turns.
How long can the main motor last?
7+ years of using.
