This is amazing diy inspiration. And I personally have no issue with the speed of the video. It is clear to see, that you are simply winding thread around the outer areas to be filled, then filling the areas in a random pattern between nails. When wanting to switch to next area to be filled, you either tie off string or work your way around the MDF edge until the next area.
I don't think those complaining about speed, really want to watch a 2 hour video of your process.

its 1 inch size nail and i just 1/4 inch hammered into it

The picture on the wall is 14x10 inches? To me, it seems a lot bigger than in the video. But really, the size of the video is often deceiving.

Way too fast, I was trying to catch the pattern for a kit I got with no instructions, but its so fast can't even see how its being strung
You must be new to technology. You can slow the video down in the settings (gear icon) in the video noob.
