  • This is Georgia, she has recently started learning to drive. This is her 3rd driving lesson where we worked on clutch control at junctions. Driving for the first time in heavy rain with multiple hazards.
    We worked on moving off on a gradient without using the hand brake. This is my personal preferred method as it is more practical to get used to finding the biting point and moving of quickly
    How to drive safely. How to pass
    This video is filmed during a driving lesson. It is filmed for educational purposes.
    Throughout the video there are highlights to show how you should be driving safely.
    I hope this video will be useful! :)

    so many impatient honkers behind....i am guessing they where never a learner at one point....great lesson, its also one of the scariest times as a learner being around so much traffic and pedestrians that just blindly walk out infront of you. that clutch and acceleration is also so easy to forget while driving a diesel.

      Hey yes it was a stressful drive but Georgia did really well coping with all the hazards. Pedestrians are always in a world of their own 😅

      This is going to be me next week because I have a test and my clutch control when uphill is really bad! 😩

      Good luck with your test, best to practice finding the biting point on the side of a road (parked uphill)

    Have you encouraged her to not change to third as i rarely saw her go into third gear? obviously she’s early in lessons but i was encouraged to change gears quickly to save petrol and also for a smoother drive. Just wondering, keep up the great content :))

      Hey yes, this was her 3rd driving lesson and it was raining heavy so we kept away from 3rd mainly working on clutch control and using the accelerator.
      But yes we have been making using for 3rd more often :)
      It’s much better for fuel efficiency

    Damn, some really rude people honking, I'm assuming people can see it is a learner car? Happened multiple times too, maybe a southern thing?

    • @ClearviewDriving
      @ClearviewDriving  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Yes but it’s due to the heavy traffic and most times it’s the vehicles in the distance and they can’t see why there’s a holdup so they just use the horn 😆
      Plus as they ended up on the yellow box do the level crossing so that was another reason

    आपकी ड्राइविंग क्लासेज देखी,बहुत शानदार है,
    आपसे प्रश्न था मेरा-अगर अभी खुद की गाड़ी नहीहै तो क्या मुझे ड्राइविंग स्कूल जॉइन करना चाहिए या नही,मेरी उम्र अभी 30 साल है।ड्राइविंग स्कूल की फीस 4500 रुपये एक महीने की है,जिसमे वो रोज़ 6 किलोमीटर सिखाएंगे,क्या इस मे मुझे भूलने के चांसेस ज़्यादा होंगे या नही,कृपया गाइड करे।
    धन्यवाद

    Do you encourage cross over steering? I’m told to avoid it and push and pull all the way.

    I am sorry that I can’t afford you since I am located in Sweden but I have few questions regarding (clutch+break)vs(break+clutch) while slowing down or stopping the car.
    Q1: What are the steps for slowing down the care when I am in 40 or above speed?
    Q2: what are the steps when I notice a car in halt state suddenly ahead of me?
    Q3: what are the steps to maintain echo of my car with reflection to traffic signal when it is about to turn from red to green by the time I approached closer to signal and proceed without halting completely when signal turned to green?

    • @ClearviewDriving
      @ClearviewDriving  2 ปีที่แล้ว +1

      Hey whenever you slow down always try to brake to warn the traffic behind and switch down gears once your slow enough
      That way you’re always driving echo safe as well
      When driving at 40mph in 4th gear I would slow down below 30mph and then switch to 3rd
      Slow down below 20mph and switch to first and below 10mph I would press the clutch but if the lights have changed I can still move off in second if you’re around 10mph.
      If you’re around 5mph it will be better to switch to 1. Hope this helps

      Hey as long as you can control the vehicle and you do not lose control. Yes.
      I have previously enquired about this with other drivers.
      It's best to wear shoes that have a thin sole but a good grip on the base. It's easier to feel the biting point :)
      hope this helps
