How much I love love watching you do new recipes and gives us a chance to try them all🧡 I just had one concern which is whenever I bake in a microwave oven the top of the cake gets a little burnt due to overheat..any ways to avoid that because I usually bake for 30mins at 180 degree..

Hi shivesh! Can you please suggest the most preferable setting for baking a cake? Should I bake it with the bottom coils on, or with the convection mode (top and bottom coil along with the fan)? I have tried the bake mode and it turns out great, but doesn't brown from the top. Whereas in convection mode, it is a little moister than expected. This comes from a home chef, learning the art of modern-age baking, making mistakes and growing with the help of experts such as yourself and my idol Pooja Dhingra! 😄💕

I just bake this cake without egg i found it really hard with the egg substitude thing and after i put my cake in the oven i was scrolling down here and i found this recipe. i really like it u add baking soda with yogurt next time i will use this recipe i wanted 3 eggs substitude so i add 1/2 cup yogurt and 1/4 cup buttermilk with liquid ingredients and baking soda with dry ingredients and its work out as well..

Did it bake at the given temp and time or you needed some extra time?

Why did you add the lemon juice? Does it add to the flavour or help keep that pineapple moist?
