Oh my gosh! I officially hate people who don't know Laura Benanti! She's freaking hilarious and super talented! Gosh, what I would do to see her roaming around on Times Square! And this was recent! I'd understand if it were filmed when she wasn't very famous but now she's like one of Broadway's favorites!! Like come on people of nyc! You're better than that!
Hilarious!! I first saw Laura Benanti in Nine in Apr 2003, she was awesome. I first saw Passion in DC's 2002 Sondheim festival; I took a bus down to DC to see it because that's all I could afford, and wasn't sure when the next opportunity would be for me to see it fully staged. Good memories. Found this video randomly as I was reviewing how to sing "No One Has Ever Loved Me" correctly. Totally wish I could have been in Times Square that day to hear her singing and maybe even meet her!!
Thank god for Mark. We are all Mark.

this is one of my favorite videos to revisit
She needs to be a superstar in music next. She is brilliant and amazing. Her voice, her warmth and comedy skills… are amazing.
Brava.
4:11 It's 10 years later and Fritz is now a Sondheim character! That's incredible unintentional foreshadowing!
More Laura please!
This video changed my life trajectory
Very witty !! I love the humour!
I wish I was there! I would have sang it with you :)
She's hilarious :D and crazy talented
I feel like she would have gotten more photos if she got into the role. Maybe fainted on a few people.
so awesome!!!
I would've asked to reenact the dressing room scene from GYPSY I would be her and she would be mama rose and I would die of happiness
This was cringe worthy, but in a good way.
So funny!
What is Spiderman dude saying?
Awkwardness has reached hilarious new heights!
