My mom passed away 2018 and I wasn’t there but the moment she passed away she came to my dream exact time she passed 6:00 in the morning . So I try to comfort by her last visit to me on the earth . Oh yes ! She was a believer in Christ .

This song was sung at my mother's funeral in 2018 and again at my husband's funeral in 2022. The tears won't stop hearing this man blessing this song with his voice.

I have a memory of my Dad singing this song, with my Mother as a duet at many a church service as a child.
My mother died in 2019 at the age of 94 with dementia. In God's grace, He allowed her to remember her favorite hymn, In the Garden. Thank you for singing this beautiful song.

I was at the Barn Bash a few years ago, right after the release of Hymnal, and David did the entire CD on the first night in order of how it was reordered on the CD. Every song sung live....it was awesome! The thing that separates David from all other vocalists is that he lives what he sings... so the genuine truth of the message comes through and the lyrics communicate with each listeners soul. David does not just perform music, concerts, etc.. he lives it. His passion for what he is singing envelopes the entire audience as he sings making the experience so much more than just a concert. No other artist does that. That is why I have seen David 11 times now and hope to see him many more times as well...

He does, you just cannot see them. They are spread out across the world. He seems to be happiest when he is in the Chapel that was at one time a barn. He did the work to refurbish the inside. He is home with the family that, with some outside concerts. He has his priorities straight.

I actually witnessed a homeless man became a believer from hearing David’s “ I’ve just seen Jesus “ in 2011 . While he was listening his song in my car , he started to crying and told me he needed to repent . He asked me for Bible and he has been reading the Bible till he passed away from heart attack two months later at aged of 57 .
This is the reason I pray for David everyday that God use him for this uncertain generation for His purpose to save many souls from his heavenly voice .
