We are planning to follow you meal guide when we hit the road so I hope you're wrong lol. Anxious to hear how you get on with camping on the East Coast. I worry it's going to be more difficult but hoping that won't be the case.
Your videos are my preferred ones. Thanks for showing the cooking side of living. It is more important than you may think. They can be easily increased to be made for two, and it's something I can cook. Wife has banned me from cooking in her kitchen. Thanks for the drone photography as well. Informative and restoring are some words that describe your videos.
Mark Owen Martin Yes I really want to see your cold food storage and how much you buy and keep on each travel day to day. A lot of van folks I have seen are vegatrian or eat a lot of prepackaged junk. I love my breakfast foods. Wakey wakey eggs and bacon. Thanks
Personality-wise you and I are so much the same it cracks me up. You saying that you like to be everywhere a little bit early I have always been that way. And the way you don't like crowds and would rather go the least traveled road then on the interstates. I'm just a laid-back woman with nothing but beauty and nature and peace on my mind.
Great site. We camped there last fall. Loved it. Thanks for bringing us along on your journey. We are 6 months into van life and have got a lot of tips from you. Thanks for the videos.
Hi Brian! I haven recently discovered your channel and have been trying to catch up on your previous videos because I love your channel so much. It is amazing how natural your positivity and happiness in simplicity is. My fiance and I love watching your videos together, as we have been planning to buy our own van and do some van-life roadtripping out west in the late summer/early fall time. Your videos inspire us and we hope maybe one day we can meet you during our travels! Awesome videos and such a beautiful spirit... best of luck and safety, peace!
The spoons are awesome! It's really cool to see them all together. Each one has it's own personality and look. I am sure that you will be able to find homes for them all. :-)
Appreciate the campsite info On lake Merrideth. I remember last year when there. Beautiful area.Thankful there wasn't fires at lake ! Long drive that day. Your hand carved Spoons are very nice with your initials. Enjoy your videos. Thankfull I didn't have to be in the cold ,snowy temps. SAFE Travels
I stayed at Fitch Fortress the very same day you arrived as I remember the fire and how smoky the area was. Fitch Fortress was a pretty nice campsite, but you definitely found the better campground. Great video as always.
Nice video! I’ve driven that route (thru Amarillo) many times and wasn’t even aware of Lake Meredith. The spoons look great, I especially like the one with the contrasting dark and light wood that you have oiled and drying.
Awesome! Beautiful spot once the winds died down. I’ll be going through that area next week and may have to spend a night or two there. Love the spoons! I do some gourd carving so I appreciate the talent. May have to secure me one of those.
I love the AVM engraved in the spoons! and man you make some great looking food. I would totally love to follow you around for a month going to all the cool places you go and cooking some awesome meals together. After 30 days, I'd feel like a whole new person!
Another amazing video, thank you! I love the brand idea for your spoons. I hope that you have moved far enough down the road to alleviate your " I'm running late" anxiety. I'm like that too.
Really enjoyed! Yeah, the wind has really been something! Having the same in OK. Stop in at Red Rock Canyon if you have a chance. It's right before OKC. You may have already blasted through OK.
Love the campsite Brian and the food taste so delecous !i wish to have your spoon as a remembrance ha ha ha !i always adore your smile !thank you for this vedeo just waiting for another one !peace brother !all the way from Abu Dhabi !hug and kisses !
Another great video. We spent time traveling around Texas this past winter and the wind was howling 80% of the time......I understand how much you must have appreciated the calm days! It’s wonderful to see you in such a positive frame of mind.....looking forward to your videos this summer. We love Alaska!
Cal ways enjoy your videos...glad I was not in that wind! High winds make me uneasy. Thank you for sharing your journey! God bless you and keep you safe!
Cool you got to Lake Meredith. Probably one of my favorite places in Texas. We're having another beautiful day here in southeast Missouri so you picked a good time to head east. Dunno if you are gonna continue on I-40 east but just a reminder that I-44 from OKC up to Joplin, Mo is a toll road if you were heading that way. I think the toll is somewhere around $10. I always went around it mostly because the back roads were a much nicer drive.
That breakfast sandwich looked delicious! Beautiful lake and camping area with that stunning sunset, glad the wind died down so you could really enjoy the scenery and take the drone out.
Your cooking segments are so soothing. Wow, Texas has so much free lakeside camping! I’ve seen others videos of the same there. Unlike Arizona- I couldn’t get near any significant body of water here without a fee. They really guard their water in Arizona! Wishing you good weather for the remainder of your journey. K & S
4:47am cali time♡ Good morning mijo ♡ lol That wind was hair raising,it blew me away! Super video!Thank you ♡have a wonderful wkend. Safe travel & onward bound!
Bienvenido a Texas! Thats a damn good looking sandwich bro. If you pass close to El Paso do yourself a favor and stop by the Little Diner in Canutillo, TX. Great little dive and some great Tex-Mex/Mexican Food.
Thanks Brian for another amazing video! I always feel happier after I watch your vids. That's about 5 hours North of where I live. I've overnighted a few times in the free City Park in Dumas, which is right by the railroad tracks and usually crowded but hey, free City Park camping is an awesome thing for one night of sleep on my trips to Colorado. Love the brand idea, the spoons are looking beautiful. Cheers and safe travels!
Too bad about the fires. Glad that you finally made it around them. There has also been really bad fires in Oklahoma. Hopefully You can get around those too. Great carving too. It would be great to meet you one day. As I told you before; you are always welcome here at my little farm in Tennessee. Be safe and have fun. Chiefonelung.
Awesome vid mate. Love the way you show how to RV in simple ways whilst enjoying what you are doing and embracing what you have around you. All the best mate. From West Australia 👍
Oh no your pretty chair is in the snow. Yum, yes plz I'll have one too. Now I'm hungry :) Brian your spoons are coming along beautifully & love the AVM etch.
Fantastic video Brian! That's some nasty wind, but it turned out great. You are heading East right into Tornado alley during early Spring, so keep a close eye on the weather.
The first time you stayed at Lake Meredith was the first video I saw of avm. I'd still like to stop by there someday, but even though it's in the same state, its over 600 miles away. I drove through Amarillo last year but was on my honeymoon and wasn't about to go 100 miles out of the way to see a lake, I would have never heard the end of that.
WOW! So glad you are getting the branding iron! Great spoons! One of these days I hope I can get one! Once again great drove footage and video. Safe travels!
great breakfast sandwhich, AWESOME VIEW at Lake Merideth , YEAH...dang that last dish looked delish. On a side note I love Andes music. Ok...that covers it be safe and thx A.V.M.
brian, i did alaska the last two years...may and june 2016 by 50' pleasure boat (cool and cloudy with rain so last year i did it by truck/canopy in july & august, guess what...cool and cloudy with rain (but some sun and a few warm days)
Really want to see your cold food storage and how much meat and types you buy at a time. A lot of new vanners are vegatrian or eat prepackaged junk. I love my breakfast foods and eat eggs daily. Always wakey wakey eggs and bacon any time of day. All your foods I have seen I would enjoy eating. Thanks for sharing. Watching from North Carolina
Good idea about a brand for your logo. One thing to consider is the size. I would think you'd want it as small as possible for the spoons as the brand will need a planar or flat surface to look uniform. Your spoons are mostly curved so it'll be challenge with a large brand. I really like the simple AVM and wouldn't add anything. Safe travels.
We've been getting monster winds for two weeks here in the Four Corners area of NM. Next week, looks like the temps are gonna be near 80. Such is spring.
Love your spoons. You should also make some wood spatulas. They are very useful kitchen items as well.
AVM Cookbook needs to be the next project lol, you cook up some amazing food in that van!Safe Journeys
Trust me, it looks better than it tastes😄✌
We are planning to follow you meal guide when we hit the road so I hope you're wrong lol. Anxious to hear how you get on with camping on the East Coast. I worry it's going to be more difficult but hoping that won't be the case.

Awesome job on the spoons, cranking winds make you irritable, your food always looks delicious! 😀✌
We are all waiting for the AVM Cookbook! Not only for the recipes but how you manage your food stores, shopping, cooling, etc. You are an inspiration.
Mark Owen Martin Yes I really want to see your cold food storage and how much you buy and keep on each travel day to day. A lot of van folks I have seen are vegatrian or eat a lot of prepackaged junk. I love my breakfast foods. Wakey wakey eggs and bacon. Thanks
Great idea! A cookbook.
My favorite part of these videos is the cooking and eating!
Just binge watched some of your more recent videos. You were playing your flute near the end. Would love to see/hear more of that in your videos.
God bless you, Brian. I always enjoy your videos and look forward to them. Your wooden spoons look great!
Texas seems to be so RV/camping friendly..!
This is part true however as you get closer to the coast most if not all RV parking by the water has fees, he’s near Amarillo
@@f.w.1318 once he said wind I knew where he was at.
Glad the weather is more pleasant again. Driving in high winds is no fun!
I was driving through that area on 40 the other day. That wind was freaking ridiculous!! Another great video Man.
Unlike these other nomads, you are just incapable of making a bad video. Thumbs up # 454!
Great site. We camped there last fall. Loved it. Thanks for bringing us along on your journey. We are 6 months into van life and have got a lot of tips from you. Thanks for the videos.
Egg McVanman. Ronald's got nothing on you Brian. Safe travels my friend.

Brian I never get tired of watching your adventures. One of these days we will meet up and talk
Who knew that you could eat like a king in a van? Dang Brian, you always make me hungry. Beautiful lake!

Yesterday's sunrise was in New Mexico, and it set while I was in Oklahoma city. Near Nashville now I swear I40 goes on forever
Can't wait to see the brand on those spoons! Safe travels, Brian!

Take Care Man
Awesome! Beautiful spot once the winds died down. I’ll be going through that area next week and may have to spend a night or two there. Love the spoons! I do some gourd carving so I appreciate the talent. May have to secure me one of those.
Another great video. Safe journey, and I’m excited to see the next camp spot.

Another amazing video, thank you! I love the brand idea for your spoons. I hope that you have moved far enough down the road to alleviate your " I'm running late" anxiety. I'm like that too.
I am so glad the fires are contained! I pray they are out! Fires are so devastating! Safe travels Brian!
Really enjoyed! Yeah, the wind has really been something! Having the same in OK. Stop in at Red Rock Canyon if you have a chance. It's right before OKC. You may have already blasted through OK.

Great video Brian. Beautiful place up there in the pan handle. I’ve been to that camp ground many years ago.
LOVE your sandwiches dude! Great to witness your travels, very interesting, i could do it to if i were younger and motivated.
I like your cooking, all looks very good and so healthy.
Yeah, those winds were nuts! Glad that fire is contained. Thanks for the shot of that gorgeous sunset! And the spoons look great! Be well!!

Beautiful end location. The colours and the calm waters....sigh...Awesome. 🤗
Enjoyed the soundtrack on this video, good stuff!
Your spoons are going to look awesome with your brand. Great idea!
I had thought the same thing for the spoons, a nice brand with your logo of choice. Cool video.
Love your videos. Thank you. Just got my van. Going to be selling my house soon.
Your cooking segments are so soothing. Wow, Texas has so much free lakeside camping! I’ve seen others videos of the same there. Fantastic video Brian! That's some nasty wind, but it turned out great. You are heading East right into Tornado alley during early Spring, so keep a close eye on the weather.
Great idea with the brand. Would love to have a set myself!
I know you are heading towards Maine, boon docking on the east coast is gonna be a more difficult situation. Not many places that are rural.

Sun set was Beautiful...
I thoroughly enjoy your videos. Thank you very much!
I love how you say bye peace be with you :)
The healing beauty of nature can not be found here.
I found it, it was just beyond the hillside👍✌

You keep coming up by Amarillo you have to check out the Palo Duro Canyon!! Plenty of camping in the second largest canyon in the nation
Love watching your videos AVM
We've been getting monster winds for two weeks here in the Four Corners area of NM. Next week, looks like the temps are gonna be near 80. Such is spring.
Love the breakfast music
Brian I stayed at Lake Merideth twice and it was windy most of the time. Beautiful lake and camping though.
Thanks again for the trip, enjoy and stay safe.
Tired of this wind in Texas!! Hope you made it someplace where it is calm. Spoons look awesome👍
Loved the video, the sunset was beautiful. Great idea about the AVM brand.
I've only been to Lake Meredith once. I didn't go far enough up. You got a great spot! Love the spoon branding idea. Take care!
Thanks Lola, I've heard it's gets really busy there in the summer months✌
Really enjoyed the music on this.
Thanks for showing your cooking. Give us more! Lol.
You should’ve showed us how you made the noodles at 9:35 !!
It looks like yakisoba noodles that you can get at Costco frozen and just reheat. They’re pretty good!
Get the electric branding iron, I had one you had to heat and it turned out to be a pain. More even heat and brand with an electic.
