@@alcaruci1749 only basic tranings and you need to give players a rest if they have low fitnes make sure to go on traning and set a rest for 1 day
@ So, if I recieve a message of the training team that says that "X" player had low develop on training, send them into a 1 resting day?

@ I did it my Left Defender 70 Avg player raised to 72, my goalkeeper from 66 to 68 and my striker from 70 to 72 and one player from lower divisions (young player) from 45 to 46 but all was before half season, it's a good signal or not?
