Weirdly enough, they brought back Anna and Jasmine's old faces back for these current playsets. Jasmine's is from like 2009 (giant forehead and angry eyebrows).
I think I'll buy this as well because of Vanessa. I don't know if it's just me but can't help but feeling a little disappointed with the quality of this set :( I really wanted an Ursula as well but she looks tiny and has no articulation. I don't think her paintjob looks good, her irises are too big and take up the entire eye...Also they have this great Vanessa sculpt from the D23 doll, why not size that down for a 11'' doll?! All the clothes look cheap to me :'( I don't wanna be a debby downer and everyone seems to love the set... I'm not sure if it's for me yet
HA! This showed up on my feed from ShopDisney and I saw the Vanessa and clicked on it. I actually would buy it, but not for $100 since I have so many Ariel dolls and Eric already. Too steep just for her.
As Vanessa was one of my holy grail dolls ever since I started doll collecting, I am so thankful for ShopDisney rereleasing this set. ❤ Vanessa is absolutely the reason why I got this set too. Also, the finale dress is so beautiful! 😍
I’m happy that we have another Ariel doll in the seafoam dress. I hope we get a LE Ariel in that dress soon. I can’t wait to buy this set at Disney World.
The clothes are interchangeable. I dressed Ariel in Vanessa's blue dress, and Vanessa in Ariel's pink dress. Wonder if I can dress them in Jasmine's outfits?
You can prevent the staining by soaking the cape in water and dish soap. Squeeze and rinse and cape, let it soak in the water every 10 or so minutes and rinse and repeat until it stops staining the water. The last test is put it in just plain water and squeeze it and let it soak. If the water isn't dyed, then you're all set.

What other Classic Ursula from Disneystore/Shop Disney do you mean? I only know this Ursula (which was first released by Simba) and a Singing Doll. Any other Ursula was a Special Edition Doll.

I wish they’d release Vanessa more often other than the gift sets because she’s very rare and expensive on eBay.

My only complaint with vansessa is her human skin tone, I liked her purplish skin tone better because it seemed and looked more Ursula like
