why are they mixing scrap metal with house hold trash ? in new Jersey the towns they collect the trash they leave scrap metal and metal objects on the curb.

Early on the bins marked 522....the homeowner put the damn thing out with one tiny plastic bag in it? Couldn't have put it in the other fuller bin?

Because that’s what they have to do that’s why. Not all towns are the same in NJ.
the trash needs to be collected. if that scrappers don't get to it, into the truck it goes.
