I LOVE the grinch stuff!!! (The original, not the movie). I bought a grinch sweater and earrings and even some ornaments. Your boys are so so cute!! Kids do add a whole new level of fun and excitement to Christmas. When my daughter was little I loved driving around looking at all the Christmas lights, then going home and having hot chocolate and watching a Christmas show like the grinch or Frosty or Charlie Brown Christmas. ☃️🎄🎀

Maybe you can do something together with Elf on the shelf in some days. Like put a note in the Adventkalender Door, that Saint must search for the elf. And than Saint finds the elf in a plane toy or monster truck toy from hin with the Letter from Santa with the movie tickets. Or on the day with the cookie cutters, the elf can make snow Angles in flour and has the cookie dough already made for you.
