Every time I listen to this I always imagine Garcello's ghost coming up and comforting Annie. Hugging her, fixing her hair and hat, and reassuring her that she doesn't need to finish the fight. He's reminding her that its okay to give up and walk away but still supporting her when she goes back to finish DD off. It's a nice thought that he'd be there to support her through :]
this is honestly my favorite game over music from hazy river! the soft chill but melancholy vibes really fit in annie's case & like a comment mentioned saying it looks like she let garcello down,, it doesn't help that she's wearing his hat & his vocals are playing. BUT!! when you press 'retry', annie fixes her posture w/ confidence & determination. i like to think that garcy's voice gaver her that boost to try again & it's so heartwarming jjust aghh i'm rambling but yeah hazy river is great teehee

I think Garcello's voice is quite comforting.
It honestly is. This song helped remind me why I appreciate and cherished Garcello so much as a character and resparked my love for him
