How do we keep this state of mind during a time when we are in endless wars possible extinction due to climate change . What’s the reality in this kind of thinking now and how can we apply it when it feels like there is possibly no future. I understand the mirror analogy but I’m having a difficult time trying to apply it to the reality of everything else going on in our present time
We experience whatever we are convinced of. That which is/That I am. Our world view determines our world to view. To change the resulting narrative when needed, change perspective. Every choice we make generates a corresponding timeline of experience. Is it a limit or a creative guideline. No wrong answer - only a choice. Ultimately, we either manifest something to fear or something to Love. When the di-electric (inspired) vision of the Mind matches the magnetic aspiration of the Heart, their energetic resonant frequency alignment or union generates the electromagnetic current of the Will (child of promise) to take appropriate action toward fulfillment of the Heart's desire, in order to experience completion of Joy in form as co-equal collaborators with the all-inclusive Absolute. Taking inspired action is it's own reward.

I am a musician and I frequently see I don't get as much views as I wanted to, BUT I believe that's just because I believe quality is a better guarantee than quantity, and as it takes a lot of effort to make professional content without professional staff or equipment, doing everything by myself, it would take longer to get good results since algorithms focus a lot on your frequency. Nevertheless, since the very moment my quality is noticed, there will be a professional result, just because me, myself have always seen and acted as a professional. That's pretty much my personal view about this whole concept.
I really appreciate the wisdoms you are sharing but this time I am not too convinced. Sometimes it is well about changing the picture. Women's rights, BLM etc. are crucial to be build from the outside.
