I’ve just dropped my own NBC 12A on the floor and opened it up to find a cracked motherboard. I’d like to repair it over replacing the unit, but don’t have the know how or skills to fix the board or rewire the connections. Thank you for your kind words of support! I don’t know if I still have the boards as I put them in a tub and when I feel like it I strip a few at a time. I love that your interested in this kind of stuff and I encourage you to see if there is a repair cafe operating near you that you can take your blender to. My bad. The main screws are under those suction cups. Once the 2 main pieces are apart you can see all the other screws.
