During the Ottoman period, when the Turks went to and came back from their 20-30 year compulsory military service, they would grow old. or they would die on the battlefield. People of different ethnic origins were not drafted; these people, such as Greeks, Lebanese, Syrians, Armenians, Jews, French, Germans, Arabs, worked in areas such as trade, crafts, jewelry, education, and health. In other words, a Turk who completed his 20-year military service could only be a worker for a Jew for the rest of his life. Naturally, these people developed and got rich and ate the cream of the country, they still do today, and I guess the cream they ate must have been not enough for them, because 100 years ago, they collaborated with the British and many other countries, betrayed the people of this country and caused enemy soldiers to enter these lands. At that point, Atatürk, a well-educated officer, and his comrades-in-arms emerged and somehow united the ignorant society and won the war of independence. It has developed the Turkish people by making great strides in education and many other things. After the wars that our ancestors won with honor, they continue to slander even today, for example the Armenian genocide. They can never file official lawsuits because such a thing never happened. During that period, the Turks were exposed to many civil wars and enemy attacks at the same time, fighting on many different fronts and expelling all of them from the Turks' homeland. But after Ataturk passed away, these countries fed religious groups, brought them to power and ruled this country as they wished, and continue to rule it. For this reason, the Korean economy that we helped skyrocketed, but Turkey remains where it is. Because the Turks' material and economic strengthening means also becoming stronger militarily. This is Europe's biggest fear. Whether Turkey is strong or weak, under control, it is still a country whose arms and legs can reach far away, because of the past. Of course, since we won the war, the traitorous ethnics who were our neighbors in the past took their money and property out of this country, ''not all of them of course''. Ataturk created the modern Republic of Turkey from a country that had no money. In short, the Ottoman Empire never collapsed, Ataturk, who was an Ottoman officer, first defeated the enemy, then dethroned the sold-out Ottoman sultan and brought the country to the Republic system. Due to our history, we have foods consumed by some ethnic groups, but not more than a few, we continue to make them because they are delicious, we learned mussels and boyoz from the Jews, we accept this. Bosnian börek from Bosnians, Albanian liver from Albanians, some seafood from Greeks, but after learning, we created a world of different and various new dishes besides the classic ones, and we still do. We honored them by giving the name of that people to the first model dish we learned. When you go to Greece one day, you will see that they will sell all our dishes to you as if they were Greek goods, giving them a Greek name. They will say that our goods are the same shape, our cultural symbols are the same shape and belong to Greek culture. Go to the countries of all the peoples I mentioned, not just Greece, you will see the same view and the majority are enemies of the Turks. :)) For example, the sweet yogurt sold in Korea is stolen from us, I can't say anything about the sweet yogurt, they adapted it, we don't consume sweet yogurt. The hamburger patty is taken from us The Swedish meatball is taken from us The döner is taken from us The kebab is taken from us There are many dishes taken from us like this, but they all give their own names and defend it as their own. Turkey has recently started to register its culture. In fact, a registration application was made to the European Union for döner recently and Germany objected, saying döner belongs to Germany :)) We are under such attack. and the ethnic people who broke away from the Ottoman Empire were making money by selling our food to the world as if it were their own food for 200 years. They were stealing Turkey's profit share. They are still stealing but at least the Turks can now make money. If we can develop the restaurant business in the future, people's first choice will be Turkish restaurants. Not Greek, Lebanese, Arab. For example, if you pay attention, there are no Jewish restaurants. Because their business was precious stones. If you look carefully today, Jews are in the hands of banking and jewelry in the world, that's why they are the richest. The poor fight for food like us :)

그리운 이즈미르네요. 전 해변호텔에서 묵었었는데 그 해변가 레스토랑과 카페들이 엄청 비싸서 놀랐어요, 매일매일 해변 산책하고 바자르 가 차이랑 터키쉬커피, 로컬 푸드먹고 ... 참좋았어요. 추억을 떠올리게 해줘 고맙습니다.
