Esses irmãos eles não invetaram o avião, o suposto avião deles era na verdade um tipo de catapulta que aremessava, Santos Drummond foi o inventor, foi ele que fez o 14 bis voar sozinho com um motor e a bordo.
Anomil BR na verdade os Wright não usavam uma catapulta, e sim trilhos, pois não tinham rodas e precisavam ganhar velocidade. Já o 14-bis de Santos-Dumont tinha motor próprio, mas não voava bem. Enquanto o Flyer dos irmãos Wright voou por quase uma hora a mais de 20 metros, o 14-bis só levantou uns 6 metros e caiu, tanto que recebeu o prêmio de consolação. É bem triste, por esse motivo Santos-Dumont deixou de ser reconhecido pelos franceses, que preferiram os irmãos Wright, e entrou em depressão

I understand why you pronounced "Jose" with the J making an H sound, like it does in Spanish. But the J in Portuguese has several differend sounds, depending on the letters before and after it, and the spanish sound for J isn't one of them. In the case of the world "José",, where the J is in the beggining of the word, it sounds like it does in French. Also the vowel 'é ' does not sound like Spanish 'e', but again. like the e in French in the word Soleil. Phonetically speaking, Portugese is much vaster than Spanish.
