There is few school wich the english classes is actually in english but it depend on the teacher and from my experience it's only this year that i have an english teacher who speak the most of the time in english. Btw i'm in last year of highschool.
Nah it depends if the students picked this specialized subject, in this case, the subject is taught (mostly) entirely in english because it's the English specific subject

In France, this subject exist also in Spanish or German (and maybe other languages). In France, for the last year of school, you have to choose 2 main subjects (between math, physics, biology, geopolitics, literature and philosophy, informatics…) that you will learn for 6h a week, llce is a main subject
