Nice video thank you. I have a question. At minute 4:29 you say that there is no replicate observations.
But the fact that each tire type is tested in each block, does not means that I have 5 replicates per treatment (tire type)? Which means 1 replicate per block (bus). Is that correct?

Who gives a toot if one of the tires deviates from the others! You want to know which tire has minimal degradation. So why not use a full regression model?
