The recent approval for 6 mini-homes on a 1/4 acre lot in Milner, 8 minutes drive, makes all the prices quoted in this video suspect - 260 s.f. for $160,000 per home in unincorporated Routt County. Hi George - Thanks for taking the time to comment and good luck with the election. As you know, my stats are averages and the tiny homes are just a small blip on the spectrum and would have very little impact on the averages. What they will do it provide buyers another option under $200,000.

Why cant Aussies pronounce English correctly/properly? For example, they say in the air e urr. It's not air e urr its air e uh (area.) There is no urr in area. Where do they get the urr on area from? And people like this who cant even speak proper english live in homes like these in places like these and run things?! Wow!
Brits would find the same problem in American English. Americans don't use proper pronunciations of English either. But it your own language today like the aussies have their version. So it's proper to them
