Your Quiche and Chocolate Cake both looked delicious. 🎂🎂 Your Weaving looks lovely, but if you're not in love with it and there's enough done to make a Cowl with, that's what I would do. I'm having loads of trouble with my Shawl, the pattern is so easy but if you drop a stitch, well it can go down rows and rows. I've been knitting it at night. I feel like you did with one of your pieces of knitting and throwing it in a "naughty corner " It's such an easy pattern. Hi Jen.....i happy to take you on my walks with me Im so pleased you enjoy them....❤️yes wales is truly a beautiful place....❤️ but im sure where you are in your valley it is beautiful too your own little corner of heaven....it sounds very similar to mine....🙂❤️The quiche & choclate cake were delicious I will definitely make them again.... i want to make a quiche for over the weekend...🙂🙂 Yes i agree it has finished now i took the weaving off the loom its going to morph into something else now a cowl or another viewer suggested a pillow or cushion so thats also athought....or i thought a bag maybe.... but theres no rush to decide ....😀😀 I think your knitting deserves to go in the naughty corner for a while....join mine & they can hang out for a while....😂😂just until they can behave...😂😂 Now im waffling ive had a long day so im going....😂😂 have a lovely evening.... Lovely walk Hazel, so much water in the river! Thought your charms were very pretty and whimsical. I am a lot like you I think, I get easily bored with a project and am always eager to get on to the next thing. Life is too short to be weaving something you really are not enjoying, I think it would make a great cowl, or a nice little bag. Time is precious, so I would encourage you to do the things that sing most to your heart💖🎶. How exciting you have finished the art yarn! Yipee! The quiche and chocolate cake both looked very delicious. Great idea to use the hornbeam logs for candle holders, very pretty wood. My hubby would be impressed, he uses our firewood ( red gum ) to create some lovely things, he has made some beautiful little boxes and inlaid a eucalyptus leaf in one, will send you a photo. hi marai....im glad you enjoyed my walk...the water was really high i havent seen it that high before but have been having an awful lot of rain...🙂🙂I agree is definitely too short for making things youre not enjoying & that you dont love.... its off the loom now so i just need to decide what to do with it...i like the idea of a cowl or a cushion ...its slightly too short of a neck warmer but maybe i could attach it to some denim fabric or i do have some Jacob sheep fabric that i have woven myself last year I could pinch a bit of that maybe ... i will have to think about it it does look nice but i just didnt want to finish it....as you say life is too short... 😀😀thank you for your lovely wise words doing whats in your heart is what fills you with the joy to finish it...🙂🙂your husbands leaf boxes sound lovely i would love to see a picture of them. ❤️🙂he sounds a very srtistic man just like his lovely wife..❤️❤️🙂 I will measure the yarn today & message you on IG to see how much you would like...😀❤️🙂🐏🐏have a lovely rest of your day my friend Im off back to my log splitting...🙂🙂❤️❤️🐏🐏🦋🦋🐝🐝🐓🐓🐓🐓🍂🍂🍄🍄
