I actually had quite trouble setting this Visualizer up because some parts of the device seemed to be damaged during the shipping(the screen was not showing anything but a white screen). But the seller was extremely responsive and helpful for troubleshooting. After many emails going back and forth over several days, he helped me fix the problem and now it works very well :)

If I plug my piano into your visualizer to get the lights while i film my hands, how can I at the same time record the midi file since I need to have the piano plugged into my computers. I only have one midi out port on my piano. Is there a way around this? Or do I need a piano with 2 ports (one for computer and one for visualizer?
