Got this with this month's shipment from Heatonist. You're right, the flavor is amazing. It just might be my favorite hot sauce I've ever had, up there with Sweeter Reaper. My only problem with this sauce, its that its so good that I feel like I need to make something special for it. This month also came with The Classic by Heatonist. Also amazing flavor with just enough heat, but as good as it is, it doesn't feel "special" like Assam does. I can put The Classic on everything and not feel like I'm wasting it, so to speak. I put it on my omelette this morning, but I keep thinking about what dish I can make to specifically go with Assam.
