Sadly, there are a lot of people who will never learn because they are blinded by their own entitlement and arrogance. I'm happy to see when people come to terms with their immoral behavior, but it doesn't happen enough because society has taught us from an early age that apologizing is a sign of weakness when it's not a weakness. It's a sign of respect and maturity, but too many people are lost souls.
