Indianapolis Friday Night Walk

Walking around downtown Indianapolis and Mass Ave on a summer Friday night. Intersected parts of the Cultural Trail. Sorry about the wobblyness during parts of the video. I think it's an artifact of stabilization on my Galaxy S9.

Hello Nice video. In general is it relatively safe walking alone at night in downtown Indy?

Yes, I feel very safe walking around in downtown Indy. I've never been harassed by anyone on the street in Indy, but it did happen to me in Chicago. Indy's sketchy neighborhoods are a few miles away from downtown. The one area close to downtown which would concern me the most is by the canal, which is a little bit west of where I was on this walk, and I would only be concerned about that area since I've read articles about occasional shootings there. Some of the areas on this walk however took some damage during the riots in 2020. Some of the windows got smashed around Monument Circle.
