SUPER helpful, thank you! Just one thing, any tips on getting the email into the subscribers regular email and not junk-mail? That's where my test went when I tried it on myself.

I just came back to this video about 4 month after first viewing it for a refresher and it was still so helpful. Thank you!

Thanks for this! I'm trying to set up a registration form for a training I'm doing. I want attendees to be able to choose one of two times to attend. Is there a way to send separate emails depending on which date/time they choose in the form with Zapier & flodesk? I need to send separate links in the two emails, depending on the date/time.

You totally could! You'd need a few things to make this work: 1) ask them which option in the google form. 2) 2 separate segments in Flodesk (and their own workflow with the correct email), and 3) a paid Zapier plan, because we have to add an extra step!
In your Google form, you'd want to have a field where they would select the time. Then in Zapier you'll have to create two separate Zaps with an additional step in them. You're going to add a filter step in between the Google Forms > Flodesk step. To do that, you'll click the plus sign between the two steps then click filter. You're going to want to filter the zap based on the time they pick, and assign them to the correct segment in Flodesk!
      example:
Customer selects time #1 in Google Form > Zap only continues if they select time #1 > adds to Time #1 Segment in Flodesk
      (then in it's own Zap)
Customer selects time #2 in Google Form > Zap only continues if they select time #2 > adds to Time #2 Segment in Flodesk

This tutorial is amazing! Thank you! Do you think the Zapier integration would work for a quiz lead magnet through Google Forms and Flodesk?

Hey Amanda! I think it depends - would the results be the same every time? If so, you could add that freebie to the email and linking it to one of the buttons. If you want the email to be specific to their results though, linking Flodesk with a tool like Interact may be the better option!

I am trying to connect my flodesk account with clickfunnels through zapier. Would you have any experience with this?

Hi Vivienne! I have not used ClickFunnels personally, but it does have integrations with Zapier available! It should be similar to this Zapier set up in the video. SO - When a new client is added in ClickFunnels, the Zap will send their info over to FloDesk where a Workflow is kicked off!
