I am new to the battlefield how can I get that weapon.
I am unsure, the unlock requirements but if you hover over it in the collections tab (it's a utility weapon) there should be some challenges listed in the possibly the upper right, complete those and you'll unlock it

how u can shoot with no recoil
Recoil control, high fov with ads fov on. Makes it way easier
