In my setup, I have all the lights on in my room, plus two ring lights shining on my set. I would shut all the windows and close the curtains, making sure no natural light comes in. Then while animating, I am just very careful in making sure the light remains consistent for each frame. Some things I would do is to make sure to keep the brightness the same throughout the whole scene and make sure the light stays in the same spot at all times. If anything gets disturbed or moved, I would reanimate the whole scene. I am still not the greatest at it, but I am getting better. Hope this helps!
