Facebook is trying to eliminate going to other websites to make purchases they want everything done on their platform. Also they are or will be charge a fee for doing this it's free now but it won't be for too long.
Great walkthrough. I've been denied a couple of times because they say we don't meet eligibility requirements but they never tell us why, which is kinda frustrating.
Hi! My compliments. Outstanding video :-) I have a question about "Return Policy" days. Is there any suggestion about this if the products are homemade products?
HI Mari... had no idea you were on YT. so happy to find you. subscribed and thanks for FB shop update. I cant keep up. you explain everything so well..
I have a problem with the image cropping and cannot find a solution anywhere online, hope you can help me? I created a shop and everything works well, but I cannot crop the images right. I know the settings in the FB commerce manager, I go there and choose "fit image to ad" (in order to get the whole product displayed on the image), and facebook seems to accept my changes, but product images are still shown incomplete (according to the default option, "fill ad with image"). I am using bulk upload, no idea if this can be connected with the problem, but I tried both changing that setting before and after upload and it is not working. In the settings it says that I have chosed fit image to add, but on the products themselves the images are still cropped badly.
Is this video still applicable in December of 2023? I have shared it with my followers a few times and want to take it out of my queue to share if it’s no longer relevant. Thanks so much!
Hello! I just watched your video and found it very helpful, but I do have a question, what are your thoughts on raising my normal price 5% to cover the fee for selling on Facebook? Would that hurt my business reputation? I don’t currently sell online but want to find a cost effective way to do it, but 5% is a lot when it comes to how tight some of my margins are.
Hi, I'm in my early 20's and this is my first time selling. No website but has a FB page. I don't have any idea even though I follow the guides but not sure what's happening. My question is "FB commerce manager said my product is live but I don't see it?" I'm looking at it... I have been doing this for 12 hrs now. So I manually post it on my page cause I don't have any idea what's happening. And FYI I don't have any knowledge whatsoever about selling on another website, just this FB page
How does this work if your website is a multivendor site with multiple vendors selling through your site. Each vendor has their own products, shipping rules, tax base, return policies, etc. Can it work for something like that. An example would be a Magento store with multiple vendors.
what about if I have a print-on demand Shopify store? I'm wondering about how the shipping is handled if I sync a Facebook Shop to my Shopify account. In Shopify, all orders are sent directly to my suppliers, I dont have to lift a finger.

If you think it should be published, you can request a review in the Account Quality module " that's why I wanted to know if this message is displayed automatically or if there is a problem and if so then what should I do to solve it? and then did they send you an error message?
