Hey, thanks for trying my mod! There is a newer updated version out with some fixes like fixed bullet hit registration, options and entering/exiting the robot. All you have to do is copy and paste the ROBOT_VEHICLE_PREFAB folder to the map again and load the instance_robotVehicle file. Just though I'd let you know again :)

_It doesn't make any sense why robots can shoot through obstacles, tanks don't if tanks use turrets, it will pass super easily._

The tests this guy has made weren't fair if you think about it, if you take for example the train test, the robot was gonna be as useful as a pillow, having no weight behind it, but using its firepower was another story. Or the wall test as well. They're not fair tbh

Tanks great for brute forcing your way into somewhere, it has heavy armor, okay speed, its shells are quite strong, and can ram through walls without much problem. Robot on the other hand, is indestructible but is extremely vulnerable to explosives (they knock it over and stun the robot) has alright speed, can't ram through walls unless the walls are thin wooden walls Therefor has to resort to using its guns. Tank won this.
