Most probably....however, It's not clear... sometimes they will charge an application fee for both separate selection methods and joint application selection method, universities can make a decision..

Can I know about unemployment benefits for a government service person. I hope to apply for next year October intake . My wife wrk as Development officer in government sector. In passport, it is mentioned as Development officer. Can I apply for that benefit for my wife?

My advice is don't take into account the unemployment benefits.. it depends not all applicants receiving it...plan your journey without thinking about it.. Finland is cutting down a lot of social benefits ... good luck
