ahhhh man I can't thank you enough, what a relief. after going through like 15 different videos I couldn't get past the step where you get into youtube because I couldn't skip the update request, but you actually advised doing a hard reset and that worked! I was so excited to actually be able to go through this process and get my fiance's Moto E5 Cruise working again, since she couldn't remember her original google password and now we were able to get it set up with a new gmail.

Hello sir! This method is match for me but after phone reset for setup. network to fail that write "no service" help me please. I use device unlock, unlock phone is approved but still "no service" after restart 🥴
