there are settings on the machine that define how sensitive you want it. They tend to be set to average 700+ on most ppl so ppl feel stronk. But its really easy to get the max 999 with the correct technique that basically presses the sensor just right. Since its not really how hard you smash it. Its how much momentum you apply on the pivot of the punching bag.
Unless you are someone that only works arms out all of the time to get stronger arms , your legs will ALWAYS be stronger than your arms. thinking even at a basic level you are always working your legs, just walking around.

Sega land is dead so doubt that. Heart of gaming is no longer in london and all machines are free to play (and you pay for entry). And the only one in Soho was Las Vegas which no longer has the cool manager (but pretty much has the only Pump it up machines in the whole region).
