8:41, you're right, legally you dont have to move over for him and if he hits you then legally he is at fault. I am sure that will be a great comfort to your family when they are called to identify your body. Remember, just because you are right doesn't mean you can't also be dead. He is at fault, he will be in prison, you will be in the morgue.
Might be in the morgue even if you do move over, main difference being the idiot who caused your death would get away with it rather than being a part of the wreck. You'd be moving onto a bit of road you haven't looked at, if it's a worse surface you might need to lose some of your speed in order to ride safely on it, and the oncoming vehicle may have left insufficient space to do so. There's nothing like swerving onto a gravelly wheel-rut at 70mph to get the heart pumping! Safer to hold your course and let the one with twice as many tires do the swerving.
I'm not sure what country he is in but here in the states you usually have to give bicyclists a few feet. In that clip the van is behind one giving room since she doesn't have a bike lane on such a narrow road. I think the biker should of been more cautious and got over slightly.

The guy at 6:11 is getting turned around and no problem for the biker, Then the biker starts beeping and beeping and beeping before he was even near him.Then the bike goes in the other lane and cuts off cars that are driving in their own lane. Smashes the guys mirror and says the car was tring to force him into a storm drain.Then says he was trying to accelerate while he tries to over take him.There was barely enough room for 2 cars and you couldnt wait till you got to a better place to pass? Go get a bicycle to drive. Your not ready for a motorcycle or even a scooter. You are a safety risk for all. Show that clip to the dept of motor vehicles or whatever you have where you live and see if the car or you has the right of way and report back to us.

Clip 1 *Let's break the video down. Incident Location: 1-20 Frontage Rd Arlington Texas, posted speed limit is 40mph where you got up to 87mph. When the car started pulling out of the driveway it was at a distance of 527ft from you. Average stopping distance on a motorcycle 50mph (Thinking about it) 50ft (Breaking distance) 125ft (Total) 175 ft. Now if you were going the speed of 40mph to get to the distance of that car pulling out it would of taken you 9 seconds so you would of had way more than enough time to react. How about you slow it the fuck down and shit like this won't happen. Thanks!*
I agree with you but you will have some people say that speed had nothing to do with this and the car driver didn't head check and it was the cars fault for pulling out on the biker.

NinjaRider777R I forgot only bikers are the only ones people who drive cars pull out on. I've been pulled out closer than the biker was and had to lock up the brakes to keep from rear ending the dickhead who thought it would be fun to pull 40 mph under the speed limit in a 45 mph zone but I don't flip out like the 99% of bikers in these videos. I live in place where people cut you off with only 5 inches to spare and I don't flip out and if you are a pedestrian a car will get so close to you that you can feel the wind from their mirrors. So, just because I don't ride doesn't mean I don't know how dangerous roads are.
just drive around ...i generally dont even bother to slow down, in fact i usually gas it right by in that situation...sometimes i will play drama queen and lock up the rear, if theres no other lane. modulating the the front brake till i get a few inches away from the car. pretending i cant stop.

I feel like the biker at the intersection at about 8:33 was a bit unjustified. It seemed that the last car had already been turning before the lights turned to green but didn't get out fast enough due to the cars infront of them so they couldn't really do much but just keep driving.

I hate when people drive in the wrong lane especially around corners and over blind hills. I live where the Amish ride their buggies on the roads and people are constantly risking people's lives by passing when they can't see ahead of them or the road isn't clear.
