That's funny. I was a CO with TDCJ for a year while at SHSU. The Golden Eagle is something I will always associate TDCJ with! Wish I could afford one for our property.
These are pretty sturdy pieces of equipment. They do pretty well and last a long time. I dont know if yours has the 12 volt adapter or battery pack. Try starting these on the ground instead of your truck bed as they short out while starting. Aslo, seems like your applicator button is stuck depressed and always on, looks like you worked around it with the flow rate knob.
It has a plug for a battery but didn’t come with one. It has a 12v adapter. I normally have to press the applicator button once and it starts fogging and don’t have to hold it down. Maybe it is stuck?

TDCJ 2003- 2009 when they used the pepper fogger on a wing they wouldn't see a coach roach for a month .

Had one in south Louisiana and we used malithion.
