Ghost mode

I watched a vid of how to beast and spoke about ghost mode and that was something he did to gain his success! and I explained how I pretty much have done that too - my friends stopped talking to me tbh, but I also realized it was kind of a good thing, cuz you realize who your friends are and aren't and it helped me become a better young man in the end

@@martalopez-s7s hello, how are you? I do not do online personal training, however I have a good idea of how to train, if you mean the gym... I can try to give you like a weekly gym routine type thing you can make to follow if that would help

@@martalopez-s7s I've actually got a question... if I gave you not like personal training although I maybe could, but if I gave you like a lil blueprint on how to train and what to train every day of the week, could I charge you a lil money for it? If you can't pay that's fine I can actually do it for free
