HEY GUYS! Welcome back to my humble little place, to my little man cave I like to call THE HOUSE OF NIGHTMARES. My name is Edgar-O. So in today's video we are going to review and talk about this cute little guy I found at my local spirit halloween, or should I say SPENCERS store. I am talking about none other than the good guy chucky doll from child's play 2, 3 and so on lol.
Spirit Halloween did announce early this year that they would be releasing their own version of a good guy doll for all of us chucky fans and well here it is. The time has come and we got one on hand. I know spirit halloween released this doll but I actually bought mine from Spencers because all of my local spirit halloween stores did not have them in yet. I was fortunate enough to find one in the mall at a spencers store and I was beyond excited. So that is what we are going to talk about today. Go grab a little snack and come have a talk with me about this good guy chucky doll.

I never had the $500 to afford the Trick or Treat Studios Good Guy. And I been wanting a Chucky doll since I was a kid. When this Spirit Halloween doll came out, I couldn't help but have mixed feelings about it like everyone else. Eventually I gave it a chance and purchased one. I ended up styling/cutting a bit of his hair, paintin on some eye lashes on the lids, and even getting him new overalls. He looks pretty good! If you can't afford the $500 I say it's best to get a cheaper alternative and add some customs to it urself. Better than the $50 Spencers at least lmfaoo

I like this doll tbh, it’s grew on me! It looks like the doll from cult of Chucky
That did happen btw it is like 200 to 500 dollars now on ebay, i found one for 175 bucks but I didn't mind cause I love how he looks in this good guy version it's literally exactly how he looks in Curse of Chucky.
They sell it on Amazon for $100 I just ordered mine and it’s coming on Friday 😁 and I also love the way it looks

Bride of Chucky
Funny thing is, is that they redid the clothing and did changes to the box as well. The color for the overalls are a little darker and the color patterns are correct based on the movie design. This version you have is now considered a collectible because they are expensive as heck now, compared to the refurbished version. There was a typo on that original box.

When I went to Spirit Halloween over in New Jersey where I live, I saw the yellow box and Almost lost my breath he was gigantic bigger than the one Then the original bride of Chucky spencers versionThe head sculpt is perfect the only issue that I have is that the eyes are just a little too small if they were large a little bitIt would be just like the movie, but other than that I love it
Watched this video last year! I found Chucky but I had already spent so much money at Spirit Halloween so i decided to wait. I went to Spirit today and saw Chucky and decided to finally get him and I love him!! Great video!! 😃

Look Everyone it's Chucky's cousin Tommy!! lol He's kinda cute, but why can't they just do a solid plastic body? It wouldn't even be that expensive to make. I've had it with all these plush body and $500 foam body Chucky dolls. Companies need to stop cutting corners, and being cheap. The doll in this video is $90 plus tax if you don't have that magic 20% coupon. At a $100 price point they could do better. Spirit Halloween was going to do a talking Good Guy doll with moving eyes, and head but went cheap at the last minute, and didn't even bother to remold the back of the dolls body.
You notice how this doll doesn't have the black eye liner on top of his eye like chucky really does?? Makes his eyes look different and plain. I painted on the black eye liner and it looks way more like chucky now!
Edgar-o, well I preordered this good guy Chucky doll a few months ago. Can’t wait to get my. I think I’ll try to install a voice box since they already started the job. That would be cool, wouldn’t it? Ok take care and keep the video coming.

Child's Play 2 is good but it's the original for me. It's even more horrifying being that it's darker and Chucky isn't in your face. You spend over half the film wondering if the doll is really alive. Then towards the end he comes to life in a very terrifying way.

My favorite would be the first one . Child’s play is my favorite because it’s funny and scary and the doll is one of my favorite. I love Andy as a little kid. It’s amazing .

It looks just like the Good Guy doll from Cruse and Cult of Chucky, but the eyes are more deeply set in his face. I actually really like it. To get a spot-on replica of and original movie prop for that price is rare; especially from Spencers.

I totally agree about the matter of paying saving and efforting Good Guy dolls because I have the same problem. And what you said about the fenomenom of putting them on ebay and ask 200 or 300 box for it, is already happening!!! I paid twice the store price and it was one of the last opportuynities I had to get him. he will be delivered tomorrow and I am super excited.

I have two of the original spirit store Chucky dolls Good guy! I know the artwork is now changed maybe they've lost the original contract because I'll be original good guy artwork for the box that's! I already bought my Good Guy directly on the spirit Halloween website, they made me a discount of $ 10 dollars but since I live in Puerto Rico the shipping was $ 40, but I am very happy to make my dream come true that it is to have a good Guy size Real with its yellow box.

Someone who is a Chucky enthusiast I can understand getting this if you're one of those that wants to collect everything Chucky related.
This is personally is not for me. I do like a few collectibles but I'm not one of those to collect everything related to the character especially with products such as this that look nothing like the character at all.
I love Spirit Halloween and own many collectible and expensive anamatronics from them. But with companies like Trick or Treat Studios that produces an exact replica I wouldn't see the point in offering this doll. But I will say it's not too terrible considering Spirit Halloween isn't a company that typically makes horror movie collectibles. This is technically the first unless you count the mass produced anamatronic dolls. Mainly all their products are Halloween decor.
