Minimum 6 lakh INR per month should be there to stay life like them, it's my calculation.

The extra 5 percent which u pay monthly in Dubai on ur electricity bill. In sharjah its charged at start of the year and that percentage is 4% per year of ur rental value and no refund even if u vacate it before ur contract.
Its also the same in Dubai
But still extra 5% need to pay in DEWA that too every year
