I love watching the reactions of older adults, because it goes to show you no matter how old you are If you are a true dog lover your emotions will come out just like a young child if not more.
I hate to say it like this but as an older person we learned that having a dog/puppy is more gratifying than being around people. My dog is my best friend ever!
My oberservation, when watching the people get puppies, especially the younger ones, you can tell they were taught and raised the right way, the show of emotions and thankfulness can't be faked, you can see the pure joy they have and I could watch things like this all day.

I had to lay my baby to rest yesterday after 11 years. I remember this feeling the moment my nana gave her to me. I am in tears knowing this shared feeling of love we all feel for them we love them from day one and keep loving them till OUR last day. Young or old the feeling binds us all Love you my baby your always with me girl
Just goes to show you that these adorable bundles of fluff really are a gift from Heaven. The indescribable amount of joy and happiness they bring us is truly out of this world. In a world so full of hate, our pups are nothing but pure love.
I’ve recently brought a puppy to cope with my depression and help me get through it. And I think it’s safe to say that she’s helped me more than I can ever imagine. At first when selecting a puppy I knew I wanted to adopt but where I live all the animal shelters are far away and I couldn’t travel that far at the time cause of work. So when I decided to buy this lil one from the pet store I felt rlly guilty especially that she wasn’t adopted and I knew that it probably wasn’t the best option but honestly I wouldn’t have it any other way. I immediately fell in love with her and she’s been there by my side at my lowest. Idc where she came from anymore all I know is that I’ll love her for the rest of my life ❤
The ones who had recently lost their dogs got to me. My buddy is almost 14 and his health isn't the best. I am not ready, but seeing these people and their new puppies gives me comfort.
Over the last 30 yrs l have been blessed to be the guardian of four beautiful labradors, all were rescue dogs, l know the heartbreak of loss, and l know the joy of unconditional love. I will NEVER live a day of my life without one ! And remember it is what they bring to your life, not what they take away.

I remember the day I got my babies. One has sadly passed on and the other is an old boy now, but I love him and miss her with my whole heart. Puppies are really the best surprises.
@@ScorpioMojoSo is purr and fur therapy. Puppies don't stay puppies very long. But purrs and soft fur are there the entire life of the cat. But nothing can beat puppies and kittens. They spark universal joy.
When I was a kid, I had a cat named Millie. My brother developed allergies, so we had to rehome her. I wrote in my journal that once my brother got healthy (which he did), I wanted a dog named Alina. Flash-forward to 2015, I graduated high school. My parents got my brother and me a Labrador/Dachshund mix, and her name was Alina. I thought I was dreaming, and I tore through the attic to find that old journal. It was all happening! Alina was a name that didn't fit our shoelace-obsessed puppy, so we renamed her Lacey. She's been with us for ten years, and I'm thankful every day for my little angel on four paws!
We had a miniature schnauzer that my husband was completely in love with, she ended up passing away from heart failure on her little bed here at home. He was so devastated that a couple of months later I went out and got him another miniature schnauzer. The tears on his face Made every cent of this sweet baby worth it
I just lost my Chihuahua Tony after having from 8 weeks old to a month shy of 17 years. He passed just last month. It was the hardest thing I've ever experienced and tested my ability to withstand such sorrow and pain. It has been so hard. I love him so much and can't seem to get happy. I know time will heal my pain...but I'd trade everything for one more day with him. A day with him happy, healthy, strong, and full of life. I'm am artist, I find myself painting portraits of him and drawing him a lot. I will paint a masterpiece of him one day, and add some of his ashes to the paint. I wish I could afford to purchase a puppy Chihuahua again. People are so ruthless with prices, and when someone is willing to adopt and give a dog an amazing life...they still don't budge. If anyone knows someone with a Chihuahua, Minpin, or Dachshund... I will love and give it the greatest life and home.
This is why puppies and dogs put huge smiles on people’s face (so sorry for cat lovers too) yet I am a dog lover and this is why they are mans best friend that is for sure
While I love both dogs and cats, dogs are the most loyal companions that you'll ever find. A dog just wants to be with you all of the time, whereas a cat, well, they are independent, and seem like they don't need us, but they actually do. I've seen and read stories about dogs who, when their owners passed away, they sat on their grave and wouldn't move until they eventually died also. THAT'S loyalty!

I had a lab named Winston he passed away at 15 years old I was 18 at the time and he was more than a pet he was my best friend he was there whenever I felt down and needed comfort he was a great dog to have around I miss him very much 😢
The love they give us is the most pure unconditional love that there is. What beautiful souls they have,love you so much Goldie,Muffy,PJ,Chester,Snoopy,Lucy,Annie and Roger,all have taken the walk over the rainbow 🌈 bridge. I’m watching this video with my 12 year old schnauzer sleeping right next to me. I remember the first time I saw her and met her, I knew she will be with me forever.
After watching this, I'm so grateful to have been blessed with my fur baby that my mom and sister surprised me with for Christmas almost twelve years ago and he always helps me feel better whether if I'm having a really bad day, and I'm still grateful that I still have him.

I had to lay my baby to rest yesterday after 11 years. I remember this feeling the moment my nana gave her to me. I am in tears knowing this shared feeling of love we all feel for them we love them from day one and keep loving them till OUR last day. Young or old the feeling binds us all

I’ve recently brought a puppy to cope with my depression and help me get through it. And I think it’s safe to say that she’s helped me more than I can ever imagine. At first when selecting a puppy I knew I wanted to adopt but where I live all the animal shelters are far away and I couldn’t travel that far at the time cause of work. So when I decided to buy this lil one from the pet store I felt rlly guilty especially that she wasn’t adopted and I knew that it probably wasn’t the best option but honestly I wouldn’t have it any other way. I immediately fell in love with her and she’s been there by my side at my lowest. Idc where she came from anymore all I know is that I’ll love her for the rest of my life ❤

The ones who had recently lost their dogs got to me. My buddy is almost 14 and his health isn't the best. I am not ready, but seeing these people and their new puppies gives me comfort.
Over the last 30 yrs l have been blessed to be the guardian of four beautiful labradors, all were rescue dogs, l know the heartbreak of loss, and l know the joy of unconditional love.
I will NEVER live a day of my life without one ! And remember it is what they bring to your life, not what they take away.

Flash-forward to 2015, I graduated high school. My parents got my brother and me a Labrador/Dachshund mix, and her name was Alina. I thought I was dreaming, and I tore through the attic to find that old journal. It was all happening! Alina was a name that didn't fit our shoelace-obsessed puppy, so we renamed her Lacey. She's been with us for ten years, and I'm thankful every day for my little angel on four paws!

I just lost my Chihuahua Tony after having from 8 weeks old to a month shy of 17 years. He passed just last month. It was the hardest thing I've ever experienced and tested my ability to withstand such sorrow and pain. It has been so hard. I love him so much and can't seem to get happy. I know time will heal my pain...but I'd trade everything for one more day with him. A day with him happy, healthy, strong, and full of life.
I'm am artist, I find myself painting portraits of him and drawing him a lot. I will paint a masterpiece of him one day, and add some of his ashes to the paint.
I wish I could afford to purchase a puppy Chihuahua again. People are so ruthless with prices, and when someone is willing to adopt and give a dog an amazing life...they still don't budge.

A dog just wants to be with you all of the time, whereas a cat, well, they are independent, and seem like they don't need us, but they actually do. I've seen and read stories about dogs who, when their owners passed away, they sat on their grave and wouldn't move until they eventually died also. THAT'S loyalty!

I’m watching this video with my 12 year old schnauzer sleeping right next to me. I remember the first time I saw her and met her, I knew she will be with me forever.
After watching this, I'm so grateful to have been blessed with my fur baby that my mom and sister surprised me with for Christmas almost twelve years ago and he always helps me feel better whether if I'm having a really bad day, and I'm still grateful that I still have him.
