This was so relaxing after a very busy week. I could instantly feel my muscles relax within the first minute and then the visualization during that last few minutes focusing on healing was wonderful.

This was so good. I love all the post ops, this one did not disappoint!! I don’t know what it is about them, but there is this gentle, “fatherly” quality. I mean, how nice would it be to be able to focus on “healing” while being watched over. Ugh. Just hits that “sweet” spot. I think it’s called a heart. Not sure. 😅😅😊😊❤

Loved it ❤ I feel like I got the short end of some kinda stick when I had my hysterectomy a few years ago and last month when I had a huge cyst and ovary removed! I woke up and they sent me home 30 minutes later. I could have used a nice, reassuring pep talk like this. 😂❤
