  • Meditation music therapy for nerve regeneration, using isochronic tone + binaural beats. Therapy also for treatment of bell's palsy and nerve related health issues. The main part of this brainwaves therapy uses 2.0Hz delta waves with a carrier frequency which promotes nerve/cell regeneration. This brain waves music therapy session with 4.9Hz delta for 2 minutes, deep relaxation and meditation. Then moves to 2.5Hz for further 3 minutes, sedative effect and relaxation. This is then followed by the main treatment for nerve regeneration at 5:30 delta brain waves of 2.0Hz which lasts for 55 minutes. The therapy then ends using some further treatments of 2.5Hz, and finishes with brainwaves at 7.83Hz for accelerated healing.
    Using isochronic tones means no headphones required, though you may find this meditation music more effective with headphones. For most effective treatment please listen to whole session, you may listen as often as required.

    Really wish there was some sort of instructional material to go with these binaural beat videos. Is there any scientific evidence behind this that I can learn from? Recently experienced Bell's Palsy a week ago and wonder how I'm supposed to use this.

      Hello @Daniel Critchfield, thank you for your interest! 💙These videos use both isochronic tones plus binaural beats, so you can use with or without headphones. You can use as often as you wish, it is most effective to alternate between my different nerve regeneration therapies (I currently have three therapies). You could try listening to one therapy each day and use any other physical therapies to stimulate the nerves. Many research studies have been done on the benefits of binaural beats (isochronic tones have a more powerful effect). These natural sound therapies can also be very relaxing, so are a great natural way of trying to help your Bell's Palsy. I hope my music therapies help alleviate your Bell's Palsy and improve your recovery! 💎✨💛🙏

    When I first put this on my head start to hurt and face like immediately. Is that a good or bad thing? 30 mins in I started to get an actual headache so I cut it off. Is that bad,?

    • @HarmonyOfTheMind
      @HarmonyOfTheMind  7 หลายเดือนก่อน

      Hello @GabrielleEther, you should not experience a headache when listening. You can try listening at a lower volume so you have more of a sound ambiance this will hopefully help you get used to the brainwaves stimulation. Hope this helps and best wishes! 🙏💜🩵🧡
