Great video Mike! That was a huge Red Fish! 47" Wow! Thanks for showing us how to fish using live blue crab. My wife's granddad use to catch some huge black drum using blue crab. I think he told me he broke them in half and fished around bridges in our area. The pictures I seen of them were pretty amazing! Keep the videos coming!
Love catching bull reds....we were King fishing 2 years ago, slow trolling with menhaden. Saw a Cobia and grabbed the pitch rod with a bucktail and cast....no takers but didn't get the bucktail back in the boat when all 3 trolling rods went to screaming. We apparently went thru a school of bull reds. 3 of us on the boat and each grabbed a rod and then the pitch rod went off.... total chaos for what seemed forever. Landed 3 all over 40" and lost one. Great day with great friends making memories we will never forget. Great video Capt.!

Hey Mikey that was a nice Bull you got there!!! We have been slaying monster reds the last 2-3 weeks over here in Apalachicola too.. Been catching plenty in the 32-40 inch range and I stuck a 48 incher three days ago. We use the biggest Pogies we can find and they smack the hell outta them. Also been doing good on some big doormat flounder too on live shrimp! Come on over for some action!!😎👍👍🇺🇸🇺🇸🇺🇸

Great fish Mike, was that incoming or or outgoing tide. We used to come to Ponce Inlet to a restaurant to eat all the time and feed a grouper and barracuda that was in a tiled-off area.

A question, why do you turn them loose. Out of season, wrong size, or caught just for sport?
We release the larger spawning fish.. anything over 27" has to be released
