I suggest check your CKYC(Central Know Your Customer) and if there’s something wrong ( which was in my case) get it updated at your holding bank and raise a dispute in CIBIL website, cause they send will follow up with the concerned bank on an everyday basis and resolve the issue. Just in case send an email to the concerned bank as well.
Whenever submitting any photocopy or sharing pictures of your personal documents (Aadhar, PAN, bank statement etc..) always write the purpose of sharing the copies and who can access those copies… For eg:- I whenever I need to submit Aadhar copy for applying electricity connection, I always write in Bold ONLY USE FOR TPDDL Electricity meter connection in locality_name… and adding a valid till date would be great addition..
