Hi Ruby madam, can u please tell how much food do we prepare for first 3 months of the cloud kitchen business?
It depends on the present sale, then only we can estimate. I can help you more if you share more details about food items you are selling.
@@rubyskitchenstories We are still the process of setting up the place. This is coming up in Bangalore, we will be having only vegetarian varieties such as chats, thali lunch, Vada Pav, Chola Batura and sandwiches etc., so was wondering how food to cook in the first few weeks.
Initially it is tough to acess the quantity but try to prepare the base of every items in small quantities. If something remain unsold, please check thoroughly. If you find even slightly unfresh then please don't try to sell it, throw it straight away. These are few initial losses you have to bear. Try to keep such items in the menu which have same base and similar process to cook to avoid wastage.

Mdm ji aap ladies ko hi kyu promote krte ho are kuch mere jaise bhi hai jo aap se inspired hote hai ! Mai gujrat se hu aur mai bhi cloud kitchen ka business krna chahta hu. Kai bar socha k aap k pas aa kr 1 week training lu pr ho nhi pa raha. Mai ek achha cook bhi hu. Kuch wakht maine catering ka kam bhi kiya hai.
Aisi koi baat nai hai, mai to bass apna sacha anubhav share karti hoon public ko, meri actually zadatar audience ladies hi hain isiliye focus hi ladies ke upar ho jaata hai. Hum jaisi ladies ko courage bhi jutani hoti hai kaam karne ke liye isiliye unko focus kar ke video bana leti hoon. Aap ka sir name dekh ke mujhe pata chal gaya tha ki aap isi line ke ho aur baut ache cook hote hain. Aap zarur kholen cloud kitchen, bhagwaan aapko khoob kamyabi bakshe. 😊
