But guess what, when they say that the people that awarded the contract of 1m has already collected 500,000 that is true and they are left with nothing to do the job. So, they do a deadly job and pocket the rest. The inspector that is inspecting the job also will be given 50 to 100,000 so that he can pass the job. That is their system of life which is their system of living. One more thing you dare not double cross them as they are very deadly.
