Hi Joel.
My case is more of the financial sector currency crisis bedeviling the banking sector in my country, Nigeria.
Currently, banks aren't accepting customers for fear of being hit by angry protesters.
This has made it quite difficult for me to move ahead with the application processing fee payment.
Though just written my advisor on the matter.
I hope to have her give an swift reply so I can know the way forward.

Hi Joel. i had been a student of University of the People from 2016 to 2018 when the crisis in my pârt of the country worsened and I had to abandon studies after haven validated about 5 courses in the Bachelor in Business Administration course. what must I do to resume studies and get the Application fee waived
Hello Etchu, thank you very much for your comment and inquiry. Have you tried contacting your program advisor? If not, you should try getting to him/her or better still, send a mail to the admission department. They will then tell you what to do. However, from my understanding, you have been accept from class for more than four terms and the rules of the university states that, students can only absent from class in a maximum of four terms. Sop I think you will have to apply and start as fresh. However, just get in touch with the administration and they will tell you what do do. please let me know if you have any other worries.

Sorry for the delay to reply your question. I think your application is still being processed that is why you have not gotten any email from your program advisor. However, I advice you contact your program advisor to learn more about your application and fee waive process. Please let me know if you have any other worries.
What will happen if I applied more than one application with a different email & what will happen if I didn't pay the application fee?
If you're willingly applying with two different emails while using the same name might cause you problems in the future. But if you're applying with two different emails and two different names, then I think there will be no problem in the future.
If you don't pay the application when you apply, you will still be assigned a program advisor and he or she will keep contacting you until you make a decision. For more clarifications, please watch this video.

I don’t think you should change your email. I think you should take a look at the various scholarship programs.
If the refuse one, they might accept one. Apply for a different scholarship. You might get it
