Severn Valley Railway - Autumn Steam Gala 2023 - 15/09/2023

14th - 17th September 2023 saw the Severn Valley Railway host their annual Autumn Steam Gala, featuring no less than nine locomotive in steam over the event.
The star's of the show included Ex LNER B1 4-6-0, No.61306 'Mayflower' (Courtesy of Locomotive Service Limited), USATC S160 2-8-0, No.2253 'Omaha' (Courtesy of the Dartmouth Steam Railway), Ex LMS Ivatt 2MT 2-6-2T, No.41312 (Courtesy of the Mid Hants Railway) and Bagnall 0-6-0ST, No.401 'Vulcan' (Courtesy of the North Tyneside Steam Railway).
The event also saw the return of a timetable service to Eardington for the first time in more than 40 years - with local train calling at the station throughout the course of the event.
Filmed on warm Friday 15th September, we see an intensive timetable of services between Kiddermister and Bridgnorth from various vantage points along the route.
