Acetate (Acetic acid) is an adenosine reuptake inhibitor. Adenosine is a chemical involved in wakefulness and sleep. For example, coffee blocks adenosine; vinegar, being a reuptake inhibitor, increases the concentration of adenosine in your synapses, allowing for less wakefulness.
This statement is incorrect. Here's why: * Acetate and Adenosine: Acetate (the salt of acetic acid) and adenosine are not directly related in the way described. While adenosine does play a role in sleep-wake cycles, its mechanism of action is different from what is suggested. * Adenosine Reuptake Inhibitors: There are no known direct adenosine reuptake inhibitors. Adenosine's effects are primarily modulated by its receptors, not by reuptake mechanisms. * Coffee and Adenosine: Coffee does not "block" adenosine. Instead, it blocks adenosine receptors, which reduces the inhibitory effects of adenosine on neural activity, leading to increased alertness. * Vinegar and Adenosine: Vinegar (acetic acid) does not have any significant impact on adenosine levels or its receptors. Its effects are primarily related to its acidity and flavor. In conclusion, the statement is incorrect. The relationship between acetate, adenosine, and sleep-wake cycles is not as straightforward as described.
Almost two years carnivore, here. And I fell off the wagon hard around Thanksgiving. Carb addiction is brutal, especially when you relapse. What I've found, recently, is that nicotine, low dose in 2mg lozenge or gum, can kill carb cravings when you get them. You're not going to want the lozenge, but if you take it, it works. At that dose, I've not found it to be addictive at all.
@@Guncrazy1911 I'm 4 months carnivore and yeah, I gained 10 pounds back over Thanksgiving weekend! I make whey protein brown butter bites to satisfy those cravings. Nice hit of fat and protein with just a hint of sweet is perfect!
There's evidence that shows Gaba doesn't cross the blood brain barrier when taken orally, and if Gaba supplements work well, it may be because you have elevated gut permeability. There is however a Tro' supplement that is dissolved for gaba from what I recall.
Fascinating. My daughter has an inoperable brain tumor causing epilepsy. Her oncologist recommended Honokiol (a lot of it!) daily because of a study relating to a mutation her tumor has. I’m wondering if the chronic high dose of Honokiol may negatively impact her gaba receptors and actually make the seizures worse somehow. Very windy and complex path to sort all this out, wish we all had someone with these smarts to talk us thru the result tricky stuff
I don't typically buy products from a site I've never been on before, right away. But these totally piqued my interest. I can barely get 5 hours of sleep on Lunesta or Ambien anymore and then I wake up and cannot go back to sleep. Also take a benzo for anxiety. I want off all that stuff. Bought both the calm and the zzz one to try.
What a reasonable price to try Tro Zzz! I'm getting it for my best friend who has chronic insomnia. Fingers crossed for Lori. I'll be back to try another item for myself. TYVM Thomas.
The claim regarding the origins of Christmas colors being linked to a mushroom is not supported by historical evidence. Santa Claus does not originate from Scandinavia, and the traditional Christmas colors predate the holiday's arrival in that region. Moreover, Christmas colors are not limited to red and white. It’s red, white, and green holds deep symbolic meaning within Christian tradition, representing the full life and legacy of Jesus Christ. These colors were firmly established in Christian culture long before Christianity spread to Scandinavia.
@MajicFreeman yeah I've taken 6 or 7 gummies at once and it was pretty cool but I prefer like 3-4 for that nice float, relaxation and kinda stoney feel. It's nice at the end of the day!
Is this or a similarly structured product also available in Europe, preferably in Germany? As an Interimer, I am always exposed to very stressful, demanding working environments on various customer assignments and, as a result, I sometimes have massive sleep problems and wake up at around 3 am because my brain is working on a problem. Breathing exercises, magnesium glycinate, melatonin, L-theanine are useless.
Important we figure out how to balance our own neural chemicals which can act like powerful drugs. Outright bans are throwing baby's out with the bath water. We need to grow up. Thanks very much for this valuable information.
I tryed Amenita Muscaria. Fermented them for 3 days. first i ate "a bit". But ended up eating 3 whole mushrooms.. No effects at all. But that might just be me. I use Niacinamide (2x 500 mg). Its cheap and works great for me ( I have leaky gut so might not absorb and convert B - vit very well). And Niacinamide has a calming effect on my ADHD.. 50/50 THC/CBD oil is in my opinion the strongest compound for relaxation and sleep. Well not legal everywhere🤫
I would love the Siberian shamanic Christmas story to be true but its absolutely false. Gotta read up on what the historians say because this is their field.
HAHAH, there is no chimney that human could fit thru in northern europe, exept industrial chimneys. There is no chimney santas either in northern europe... Santa comes at christmas eve. If there where so much snow outside that u could not go out u would die during the winter anyways. In northern siberia there were no houses, just teepees at the time...

So apple cider vinegar before sleep would actually do the trick?

Chromium picolinate, up to 1000 micro-grammes per day kills carb cravings for me.

Started my TriJust Blue and Tro mune!!! Thank you Thomas having the best of the best on your channel!
And here I thought Santa and his reindeer was just a Coca-Cola thing. Now I know where they got the idea.
So Raindeer actually do fly!!!
Such a fun, educational, health focused, and Merry share😄🎉🦌🍄
I take ashwagandha magnesium gaba 5-htp and glycine all together makes me sleep so well.

If you live in vancouver Bc you can find amanita muscaria mushrooms growing under trees by some train stations. They pop up when it rains a lot.
This is true on the Oregon coast also, but I've always been taught not to touch them because they're very poisonous. What is going on here?
Amanita shrooms are amazing for so many reasons! I have the powder and gummies. Love this stuff!
Where do you get the powder and the gummies?
I was surprised it was kinda trippy when i took the gummies, I wasn't expecting much; I actually wondered if there's some research chemical in them

Hi Bro, you are doing great, keep it up.
🎅🏼 Magnesium.
I believe it also helps you grow pork chop sideburns 😆
Burnsides
L-Theanine gang represent
Everything is legal ⚖ if you understand the law ⚖. The real law 😊
Arabinoxylane BioBran (MGN-3) has been around since 1994 to triple NK-cell activity.
Bro I found some of these growing in my garden, made a tea, and it was the most horrifying experience of my life
What the heck...How many did you eat?
My kidney function declined while I was taking the trozzz! How does it affect a kidneys?
Be careful with it. There should be a warning for people with CKD. I didn't even have CKD before I started taking this product but now I do!
Thanks!
Damn not available in Canada
Does this mean Agarin + kava or honokiol = no downregulation of gaba receptors? Is he sure? 8:38
I wish he explained why cause seems counterintuitive
That explains why Rudolph had a red nose and could fly.
I had an aminita muscatia gummy twice and it gave me brain fog and a head ache for two days both times. Try kava or maca
Can I get doctors thoughts on Kratom?
It took my husband off all opiates. It really changed his life. 👍

Tried ordering the troz with the code. Wouldnt work. Said it wasnt available for that item. ??

About GABA supplementation?
False on the Christmas roots, but still really interesting
Actually..
What about for alcoholics?
Where to get 5-HTP?
Google 😂
Any supplement store, even at Whole Foods. It’s a precursor to melatonin

Have you ever tried glutamine to heal your gut?
@@johnolaoluwa Yes I take 3 aminos. 2x 5g L-glutamine. First thing in the morning and last thing at night. 1X 5g creatine. 2x 5g glycine.

Modern folks talking about something that ancient people knew way before.😅
This guy's prescribed himself some stimulants
Without the baseless, malinformed Christmas intro (the claim that Xmas is red and white 😵💫) it could have been an interesting video.
I think the doc should’ve taken some of his own medicine before this interview…. 😉
Highly doubt all these correlations are causations
I was told red and white was due to the coca cola company and that before that, it wasn't associated with Christmas. 🤷😶
Nope, it's mushroom!
Is there a conflict with tro blue because of the 5-htp in it?

How often is it safe to take TroZzz? I mean will it cause dependency
ive taken it before, it doesnt cause dependency but it makes me feel fuzzy headed for almost the whole day
