Jiga is an extremely informal and mildly insulting/derogatory version of singular "they", so it *sounds* like Rei is being very rude to Yujin given that she's socially the unnie (while it's also very obvious to Korean speakers that Rei just misused the word with no ill intention) - that's why it's so hilarious and why everyone was going crazy 😂😂
