I'm not an all-in Opie hater but Ant will forever be the heart and soul of the show. Little Jimmy was always good too but Goddamn is Ant hilarious and his humor is in real time. Shame things ended the way they did.
Norton is why I started listening to the show I liked him on Tough Crowd. But Anthony quickly became my favorite. I'm also not Opie hater. It took all 3 of them to take it from a good show to a legendary show.
the only reason norton was "ok" on the show is because of Ant...Jim is lame and the proof is in the Jim and Sam show...horrible show and can't believe it's still a show
Opie gets too much grief. He wasn't nearly as purely funny or creative, but he was the manager of the show. It is easy to overlook that. Catch some of the times Opie wasn't on... the show has no direction and doesn't work as well at all. Ant was/is massively talented, despite being a super asshole as a person in a lot of ways. Jimmy was/is a bit of a hit and miss. He came up with some funny ass shit on a lot of occasions, but his characters flat out sucked. It is indeed a shame things ended as they did, but from what we know now, it IS likely true that they probably didn't have long left anyway.
Spend three months getting your shit together so you can spend the rest of the year chilling out snowshoeing, hunting and playing video games. Fuck yeah

I've been trying to identify that BG music during the trailer that starts at 8:10 for like a week and it's driving me nuts. I keep hearing it during promos all over the place and I must admit it is good!!
Around 11:30 Opie gets more boring as the convention goes on. 'oh they got approval and all" riveting. It would be cooler if they didn't. Although probably impossible.
